The executive chef Michalis Ntounetas, is a cooking professor at the Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies "Le Monde" and author of cookbooks. He is also a presenter of seminars in Greece and abroad and a collaborating chef in several restaurants, while he also participated in cooking TV shows. The restaurants, which he has worked for or has offered his services [menu structure, staff training e.t.c], are always the top in the gastronomic map of Greece.
